1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cricbase platform (including all club subdomains, player dashboards, and administrator consoles), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a cricket club, league, or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Services Offered
Cricbase provides cricket clubs with isolated subdomains to coordinate player availabilities, match schedules, lineups, live weather tracking, and umpire payout bookkeeping logs.
3. Account Registration & Role Profiles
To access player dashboards or administrator consoles, users must register or be invited by club coordinators. You agree to:
- Provide accurate player details (e.g. name, email, profile preferences).
- Maintain the confidentiality of login sessions and dashboard access.
- Promptly notify administrators of unauthorized portal access.
4. Data Ownership & Statistics
All match details, roster entries, player performance scorecards, and statistics remain the operational data of the respective cricket club. Cricbase claims no ownership over user-generated contents, team lists, or scorecard history uploaded by your club administrators.
5. Umpiring Slots & Bookkeeping
The platform facilitates the scheduling and assignment of umpire duties.
- Assignments: Players may claim open umpiring assignments up to the limits set by club coordinators.
- Bookkeeping: All payment marks, payout summaries, and hourly records are logged exclusively for club accounting convenience and do not constitute direct employment by Cricbase.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cricbase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that availability records, stats calculators, or scheduling tools will be entirely error-free, or that subdomain access will be uninterrupted. In no event shall Cricbase be liable for scheduling conflicts, weather anomalies, or payout mismatches.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those adjustments.
