· Match Scheduling & Availability: Match dates, venues, lineup selections, and player availability choices (In, Backup, Out).
· Umpire Bookkeeping Data: Assigned umpiring matches, hours claimed, payout status markers (Paid, Unpaid), and payout history.
· Web Analytics: Page interactions and traffic logs collected via Google Analytics to help improve platform load speeds and page performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is processed strictly for team management purposes:
- Calculating individual and season player statistics.
- Consolidating availability lists for team selection.
- Compiling umpire payout ledger reports.
- Delivering automated weather radar threats and scheduling reminders.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Parties
Cricbase does not sell, trade, or share your personal information or roster records with outside advertisers. Data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore databases. Access is scoped strictly under your club's isolated subdomain utilizing server-side rules.
4. Cookies & Subdomain Isolation
We use technical session cookies (specifically the admin_club_id cookie) to map your requests to the correct club subdomain context and keep database actions secure. Cookies are also utilized by Google Analytics to capture page interaction trends.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Club administrators have control over roster listings and data logs. In accordance with club guidelines, administrators can remove players from individual season listings or globally delete player profiles from the database rosters.
